English house, located in Vadnais Heights, is a 6-bed ICF/MR providing services to adults with a profound to moderate level of functioning. The individuals living at English enjoy private bedrooms decorated to their preferences, a whirlpool bath, sensory room, spacious living areas, and courtyard. At English, individuality and independence is promoted through a variety of community integration opportunities, as well as person-centered programming. Family involvement is greatly encouraged to promote individual growth. English provides 24-hour awake staff, 24-hour nurse consultation services, as well as consultant dietary services.
