ARRM Day at the Capitol
ARRM Day at the Capitol 2015 is scheduled for March 10 – because of construction at the capitol, the rally will be held at The Armory.
ARRM Day at the Capitol
Each year advocates from around the state gather for ARRM's Day at the Capitol in St. Paul to raise awareness about important disability issues. This event is co-hosted by MOHR (Minnesota Organization for Rehabilitation and Habilitation).
Due to Capitol construction in 2015, the rally will be held at The Amory, located 600 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101, at 10:00am on March 10th. Meetings will be held with legislators at the Capitol and State office building following the rally - click here to view the legislator meeting schedule. For more information on how to travel around the capitol during construction, review the Tips and Planning Around Capitol Construction document.
In 2014, more than 1,200 people attended including direct support professionals (DSPs), provider management staff, self-advocates, family members, legislators, and other disability champions. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this rally to ask legislators to support a 5% rate increase for Home and Community-Based Services in 2014! We look forward to seeing you at the Capitol in 2015!
