Close the Gap Kickoff Events

Join us as we kickoff our Close the Gap campaign at bbqs throughout the summer to help support our hardworking workforce earn the pay they deserve. 

Throughout the summer, we'll have several BBQs to launch our Close the Gap campaign off on the right foot! Learn more about the program, how you can help, and have all your questions answered all while enjoying some tasty food! Stay tuned for more details on dates and locations as this will be continually updated.

We Need YOUR Help to Keep Our Services Strong

Phoenix Residence is facing an urgent and critical need to invest in sustaining the services and supports required to enable the individuals we serve to live a life of choice. A severe workforce shortage in Minnesota of skilled direct support professionals (DSPs) combined with ongoing changes to Medicaid reimbursement rates greatly impact our ability to compete for and recruit, retain, and compensate our DSPs for the long term. So we're about to launch a campaign solely devoted to our DSPs called Close the Gap.

Direct Support Professionals are at the heart of carrying out our mission each and every day.
