Get ready to tee off for a day filled with sunshine, friendly competition, and the unmistakable thrill of a perfectly executed swing! We are thrilled to invite you to our most anticipated event of the year — the Russ Douglas Phoenix Golf Classic 2024!
Whether you're a seasoned pro or starting to discover the joy of golf, this tournament promises an unforgettable experience for players of all skill levels with our scramble format. We hope you can join us for a day on the course or from the comfort of your own home. There are so many ways to participate!

11 am: Registration Opens

12:30 pm: Shotgun Start
5:00 pm: Social Hour, Live Auction & Winners Announced
*We are bringing back the Silent Auction for the first time since 2019! OUR SILENT AUCTION IS NOW OPEN! Please visit the website below or scan the QR to view and bid on the items.

To place a bid, scan the QR Code here or visit the website below. Click on the item you'd like to bid on and enter the bid amount. You can bid one-time or enter in a max bid. You will be notified via email or text message if you are outbid, depending on your preferences entered when bidding.
*The silent auction will close at around 6-6:30 pm on Monday, June 10, 2024. No additional bids will be accepted after that time. Please note time could fluctuate based on weather, play of golf, etc., so please check the Silent Auction page that day for more information.
Once the auction closes, you will be notified if you've won. You can even make your payment right on your phone! *If you'd prefer to bid or pay for your item offline, you may do so; please talk to our friendly volunteers in the Silent Auction room. Items may be picked up at the event or
scheduled for pickup.

3.) Register to Golf
If you are a golfer, please consider hitting the greens all for a good cause! Our tournament is a scramble format, making it an enjoyable event for even the most novice golfer. 4.) Donate or Participate in Our Silent Auction
We are bringing back our Silent Auction! Donate gift cards, tickets, memorabilia, lessons or classes, gift baskets, movie tickets, weekend stay at a cabin or resort, flight for a vacation, an outdoor adventure, etc.! The possibilities are endless! See above for all the details on bidding in the Silent Auction.
5.) Donate Wine or Craft Beer
Help us stock our Wine & Craft Beer Wall! Wine donations must be worth at least $20 per bottle or donate a 4- or 6-pack of your favorite craft beer.
6.) Buy or Sell Raffle Tickets
