Although we had to cancel our Russ Douglas Phoenix Golf Classic due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we still had some very gracious donors. Learn more about them here!
This year has certainly one like no other. Thanks to your continued support, we’ve been able to hold the Russ Douglas Phoenix Golf Classic for 20 years. Unfortunately, this year we had to cancel the tournament due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We felt it was in the best interest of everyone to hold off on a large in-person gathering at this time.
Although we had to cancel the tournament, we still had people continue to contribute to our golf fund, to which we are eternally grateful! Below are those who supported this year us through a sponsorship or an in-kind donation, which we raffled off the items that would have been in our Silent Auction to our hardworking and dedicated staff members.
We also had many people take advantage of our golf voucher offer, where we gave away golf vouchers to River Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove to those interested and who donated $125 to The Phoenix Residence. Additionally, we saw an outpouring of supporters who also made a general donation afterwards to the organization, many of whom designated it to our Close the Gap campaign or a specific house. We thank everyone for your gracious donations!
