Phoenix Residence Recognizes the April Employee of the Month

The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Schadrach Dobley as the April Employee of the Month!

Schadrach from Ludden House consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone at the house receives the best care possible. Most recently an individual was very upset because she was experiencing pain and discomfort. Because Schadrach was unable to pinpoint the source of the pain, he contacted the hospital.  He was an advocate for the individual while she was in the hospital and kept the manager up to date with labs and test results. He was prepared, detailed, thorough, caring, and effective in all his communications.

Ludden House appreciates the hard work and effort he puts forth on a daily basis. He truly makes a difference!  Thank you Schadrach!
