Resident Spotlight: Cathy Turbes
The September Resident Spotlight features Cathy Turbes from the Furness House.
The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Cathy Turbes, a resident at Furness House, as the Resident Spotlight for the month of September. Cathy loves to listen to polka music along with her sisters.
Cathy loves to be out in the community and enjoys people watching. She likes to attend and actively participate in meetings held at the house. Cathy has made great strides in becoming more independent. Just recently, she has been able to walk from the house to the driveway without any assistance each morning when going to her day program. Cathy loves to smile and brings light to the house. Cathy is a wonderful person and we are happy to have her a part of the Phoenix family!
