Phoenix Residence Recognizes the December Employee of the Month

The Phoenix Residence recently lost a long-time friend, Michael H.  Throughout this sad time, Schadrach Dobley provided strength for us all. When needing to act in an emergency, Schadrach did exactly as he had been trained. He sat bedside with Mike and offered comfort to grieving family and friends. He told stories and shared happy times; this truly helped us all. Schadrach’s warmth and compassion is a true testament to who he is as a person. He was a great friend to Mike, we are lucky to call him our friend and we are so proud he is part of our Phoenix family.
