Phoenix Residence Recognizes the July Manager of the Month

The Phoenix Residence has been blessed with Jon Colby for approximately 29 years. He is compassionate, caring, dedicated, and overall a really nice guy. Known to most as “Jon Colby” (no matter how long you have known him), whenever Jon’s name comes up in a conversation, it is usually followed “Jon Colby is one of the nicest people I know”. The individuals Jon serves at Douglas House love him beyond words. With that, it extends to any individual that has ever met Jon, again, if you’re at one of the other houses and bring up “Jon Colby”, someone is bound to chime in “I like Jon Colby, he is really nice”. 

Jon is always willing to pitch in whenever needed.  I don’t think people know half of the things that Jon does because he doesn’t talk about them – he does things above and beyond, because that is just his nature.  He always has the individual’s best interest at heart, is a very strong advocate and is always available (at times to a fault, which Jon would not view as such). You name it, and Jon does it whenever and wherever he can.  Thank you Jon Colby for everything you do! It is truly appreciated by those you work for and with.
