Phoenix Recognizes March Employee of the Month

Lavonne Anderson is the March Employee of the Month!  Lavonne has been a great asset to the Furness House and The Phoenix Residence. She started working at Viking and eventually transferred to Furness.  She is always willing to pick up shifts at other houses.  Lavonne is one of the kindest, unselfish people I know.  She has the residents top-of-mind at all times.  She constantly thinks about them when she is not at work and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well cared for.  Lavonne also frequents other houses such as Douglas to visit with residents. Lavonne purchased Christmas presents for every resident at Furness - she also bought new shoes!  Lavonne is always looking for ways to stay busy and willing to lend a helping hand.  She has great compassion and it is visible in the care she provides.  I want to thank Lavonne for making Furness a better place and she is truly a valued team member. Congratulations Lavonne!
