New Positions Available at Phoenix Residence
Because the health and human service profession is undergoing current changes, Phoenix is responding with the creation of new positions
The health and human service profession in Minnesota is currently undergoing imminent changes. In order to remain relevant and to best align our resources with the changes and the needs of the disability services community, Phoenix is making some organizational changes.
The Phoenix Residence has served the disability services community for nearly 40 years and it is our intent to continue to remain a viable option for individuals with disabilities and an employer of choice. Phoenix will be making changes in its leadership structure and creating three new positions. The DSP and manager level positions are not changing nor will it affect the services we offer. The newly created positions are:
- Community Living Coach (three positions)
- Program Director /Housing Specialist
- Staffing & Volunteer Coordinator
The new positions are currently open and will be implemented January of 2015. Individuals who are interested will need to apply; as always, it is our intent to hire within based on individual qualifications.
