Phoenix Residence Recognizes the September Manager of the Month

The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Jessica Stromgren as the September Manager of the Month! Jessica continues to do a great job at the Ludden House. She truly cares about the individuals who live at Ludden.

Jessica has been working very hard with a resident who is experiencing a tough time and has supported her staff along the way. She recently spent a great deal of time at the hospital with an individual while the medical staff was trying to determine the issues the person was experiencing. She comforted the family and kept them constantly informed. Jessica received several compliments from family members for the care and support she gave their loved one.

Ludden House always looks very nice and it is warm and comfortable - Jessica creates a nice atmosphere for the house. She also has staff recognition hanging on the wall, letting her team know how much they are appreciated for everything they do. Jessica is a great asset to Ludden and The Phoenix Residence!  Congratulations Jessica!
