Resident Spotlight: Sandy Calhoun

The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Sandy, a resident at English House, as the January Spotlight. Sandy has lived at English for almost 20 years.  Three days a week, you will find her at Northeast Seniors.  Sandy also spends time out and about in the community such as volunteering at the local senior center.

Sandy enjoys shopping and playing games such as puzzles, board games, and LEGOS. She is very close with her family, especially her brother Pooh, her sister-in-law Kim, and nephew Ivan. Sandy's family is very involved with the English House and participates in our fundraising efforts and activities.

Sandy attends Eagle Brooke church on Saturday evenings and likes to sing during the service. She has attended many vacations with the house and especially loves the trips to Branson. Sandy also enjoys going out to dinner and always orders a Pepsi!  Sandy is one of the rock stars at the English House and is always caring of others!
