The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Elizabeth Larson as the September Manager of the Month!
Elizabeth Larson is being recognized as our Manager of the Month in recognition of her exceptional management of the unique challenges at Foss and Drexel Houses. At Foss House, she has demonstrated tremendous leadership and empathy with her staff as they have worked together to better understand and support individuals within the home.
Liz contacted other managers for additional support, solicited feedback from the team, and provided additional resources to help everyone be more effective and successful. While working through the challenges at Foss House, Liz has also provided additional support at Drexel House. She has taken on additional responsibilities at Drexel House for six months; she routinely completes site visits and provides on-call support. She has been an exceptional leader at both locations and we are so thankful for her commitment, dedication, and effort to make both programs successful!
