On Sunday, June 26, The Phoenix Residence was honored as a “Top Workplace 2016” by the Star Tribune. This is a list of the best places to work in Minnesota! Based on the number of high quality workplaces that participated, 150 Top Workplaces are being recognized and also a list of an additional 110 companies that met the national standards to be designated a Top Workplace but were not ranked in the top 150. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on our employee feedback gathered from an online survey. The employee survey is conducted and tallied by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Over 1,555 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and over 73,870 employees shared their views. We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces. Especially since the judges were our employees!
