Phoenix Announces January Employee of the Month
House Supervisor Debbie Willis of Western House awarded this month.
Debbie is a ROCK STAR! We have been very short of staff for the last several months. Debbie not only works diligently on trying to fill these shifts, but she has also worked many overtime shifts, including overnights, which are not an easy shift to work. She does this not because she wants the pay, but because she wants to make sure the clients receive the love and care they deserve! She goes above and beyond with cleaning and taking the clients on outings, all in addition to her House Supervisor duties. Debbie has been with Phoenix for well over 20 years. She loves the clients and always has their best interests in mind.
