One Dedicated Staff Member Recognized This Month
We awarded one of our hardworking DSPs from Centerville House as Employee of the Month. Congratulations Constance!
I want to nominate Odochi (Constance) Inarurmen. She is always available any time a shift needs to be picked up and she works many hours a pay period at Centerville and Janet Court. She has a good relationship with all of the staff and she is so kind and caring with the residents. The all just adore her. She goes above her job duties when she is here, making sure that everyone is engaging in activities and is happy. She never complains about the long hours she puts in. She is always grateful for the hours. I believe she is long overdue for this nomination.
