Phoenix Announces June Customer Service Award

Vice President of Financial Services Pam Connolly receives award.

 Pam Connolly deserves the Customer Service Award for holding down the HR responsibilities in the absence of not just the HR Director, but also the HR specialist. Although she manages this department, she  is not trained to be a Human Resources provider, but she managed to keep it all together. She answered HR questions, assisted staff with concerns, and helped with onboarding many new employees that have been hired in the past quarter. On top of all of this, we also had open enrollment last month. Pam scheduled the sessions with our provider, invited all staff to attend the informational meetings, and then collected all of the forms. In a nutshell, Pam is always helpful, professional, and available to answer any questions.
