Phoenix Recognizes Special Manager This Month
This month we'd like to recognize Tiffany Wright from Caswell House as Manager of the Month.
Tiffany Wright is like a breath of fresh air. She works hard every day to make sure Caswell House is doing the best they can to provide a healthy, happy living environment for the individuals who live there. Tiffany fills many shifts—mornings, afternoons and nights—without complaining, whether it is an open shift or a call-in. Although problems do arise, like at any house, she is right there to problem solve and make it right in any way she can. Tiffany has had to deal with positive COVID issues and has done so in a professional and confidential manner. Tiffany is not afraid to ask questions and seek clarification and training, so she can have the best outcome in all situations.
As soon as Tiffany took over at Program Manager at Caswell House, she’s always been very involved in getting the individuals involved in Rec Committee activities. She jumped right in and the individuals always seem to join the activities!
