All About Us!
Our home is tucked away in a cul-de-sac surrounded by beautiful nature. We are located off of Interstate 694 and 35E. Janet Court is home to four men and two women ranging in ages from 44-78.
You will often hear music being played accompanied by instruments along with some dancing. We enjoy the classic sitcoms such as Gilligan’s Island and the Brady Bunch. We love holiday celebrations and dressing up for Halloween is one our favorites!
We are a helpful bunch who take pride in our home and like to be part of all aspects of our lives. We assist with cooking , cleaning, and taking out the trash.

We are a lively home full of laughter. We have lots of support from families and friends who like to stay connected.
We enjoy visits from friends and family, picnics, and host several parties at Janet Court.
What Helps Me Feel Safe and Happy
We all attend day programs during the week where some of us work and others enjoy recreation and leisure programs.
Our evenings and weekends are a time filled with outings in the community, cookouts, gardening, and sometimes just relaxing.

Our home is host to several in-house recreation and leisure activities such as music and art therapy, along with a monthly church group.
We are also involved in the community and utilize our van to go shopping at Rosedale mall, attend movies, bowling, and bingo which are all located within five miles of our home.
